The Corporate Counsel Section membership is limited to full-time, in-house counsel. The section sponsors three regional meetings each year in addition to an annual meeting.
The section, with more than 500 members, sponsors CLE programs and services; provides members with a substantive newsletter; and helps mold the association's legislative agenda for presentation to the N.C. General Assembly.
